This three-star hotel located north of Rome, in the Flaminio area, is ideally placed as a base from which to explore all the attractions of the Eternal City. Local places of interest include the Olympic stadium, Rome's zoo and the ambitious art gallery the MAXXI. Founded 60 years ago, the Astrid Hotel has 48 large and comfortable rooms with a choice of single, double or triple accommodation, spread over five floors of a beautiful old building. There is a choice of four different types of room with air conditioning, wireless internet connection and free refrigerated minibar as standard, plus satellite TV, daily newspaper, fluffy bathrobe and coffee maker available for that more luxurious trip. There are also non-smoking rooms on request. For the business traveller there is a conference room that can seat up to 30 people.
