ahotelinitaly.com enables internet users to search for and reserve hotels in Italy. All services supplied on the Website, unless indicated as being operated by us, are provided by one or more third parties (each 'a Booking Agent'). The Booking Agent, whose details will be identified at the time of confirmation of your reservation, acts as disclosed agent to the relevant principal supplier (the hotels on this Website) ('the Supplier'). This means that the contract for the accommodation is between you and the Supplier. No contract between you and us shall come into existence. It also means that the contract will be subject to any terms and conditions of the Supplier. Whilst we provide details of the Supplier's cancellation policies, these details are not intended to be a full list of the Supplier's terms and conditions which are available from the Supplier on request. Because your contract is with the Supplier any enquiries or complaints should be addressed to them.

When you make a booking a legally binding contract is made when all your details have been entered and you click the 'CONFIRM' button on the appropriate webpage. You undertake that the details you provide when making the booking are correct. In order to make a booking you must be over 18 years old and have the legal capacity to make the booking. We neither endorse nor recommend any particular accommodation. Reasonable care has been taken that the content of this Website is accurate but it is subject to amendment at any time without notice. All content on this Website is published in good faith but you acknowledge that we cannot check the accuracy of all information provided by third parties.

Cancellations

The hotel cancellation policy will always be displayed on a room-by-room basis during the booking process - see the 'Show room details' links. We strongly recommend you check the hotel’s cancellation policy as some hotels may apply a cancellation charge. The card provided as a guarantee at the time of booking will be charged in the event of a cancellation deemed billable under the terms of the hotel cancellation policy. If you choose to use this Website to cancel your booking, the Booking Agent will inform the Supplier of the cancellation within a reasonable time of receiving your notification. Neither we nor the Booking Agent accept any liability for any cancellation charges incurred.
