Just 50 metres from the hotel, you will find the 16 ancient Roman columns dating from the second century AD standing in front of the Basilica di San Lorenzo - the city's best preserved Roman remains. Many of the city's wonderful museums and art galleries are within easy walking distance from here and the area is well-served with excellent public transport links to take you to every part of the city.
