This super three-star hotel near Rome has a lovely location in a quiet residential area of the wine-growing town of Frascati. The hotel itself is housed in an attractive villa dating from the end of the nineteenth century. It has recently been refurbished and now offers excellent standards of accommodation and comfort within a lovely old world setting. Set in the hills just outside the city of Rome, Frascati is a charming old town and there are stunning views of the capital from here. The area around is lovely, hilly countryside and there are plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling here. The centre of Rome is easily accessible from Frascati; the train takes you right into Roma Termini in the city centre in just half an hour, or there is the option of a bus which takes you to the underground/subway system at Anagnina in 15 minutes or so.
