Hotel Bobby Executive, San Remo

This very nice modern hotel in San Remo (Sanremo) overlooks the Mediterranean, and is set some way to the west of the town (near to Coldirodi and Ospedaletti and conveniently located for the Autostradi dei Fiori, the coastal highway). The 3-star Hotel Bobby Executive has beautifully finished rooms with private bathrooms, terraces, direct-dial telephones, satellite television and air conditioning.

This San Remo hotel has a bar, and a terraced dining room serving excellent international cuisine (and featuring the flavours of the Liguria region in which San Remo is situated). There are rooms for banquets and conferences, a swimming pool, gymnasium and sauna, private parking, and the hotel is an internet wi-fi hotspot. Bedrooms come in standard double and superior double configurations.

San Remo is of course famous as one of the northern Mediterranean's most fashionable resorts, the Italian Riviera (of which this western stretch is dubbed the Riviera dei Fiori) being a delightful contrast to the resorts on the French side of the border, just 25km to the west. As well as the reliably mild climate and the delightful blue waters of the Ligurian Sea (the Gulf of Genoa) there is much to do nearby this hotel in San Remo - including golf, mountain biking, horse riding and hiking. There is sightseeing at other towns along the coast, including Imperia, Diano Marina and Bordighera, and Cannes, Antibes and Nice on the French side.
