This lovely four star hotel in Piemonte is located in the pleasant resort of Cannobio on Lake Maggiore. It is said that the famous Italian composer Giuseppe Verdi used to stay here and was captivated by its magical, romantic atmosphere. The Piedmontese town of Cannobio lies just a few kilometres from the Swiss border and has a wonderful natural, historic and architectural heritage with Roman remains, art dating from medieval times and some fabulous eighteenth-century architecture.
