Set in the Italian Adriatic resort of Milano Marittima, the Hotel Condor is pleasant, three-star accommodation, with just 25 rooms and just a couple of hundred metres from the beach. This is a lovely location, in the midst of a large pine wood - a cool and peaceful atmosphere which pervades the hotel and its grounds. The building is set within relaxing gardens, bathed by a fresh breeze from the sea, and the venue for frequent parties, dinners and other entertainments.

Each bedroom has a balcony, private bathroom with shower, direct-dial telephone, individually adjustable air conditioning and an electronic safe. A breakfast buffet is provided, which should satisfy even the most demanding guests. The cuisine here has a decided Mediterranean flavour, but there is a wide choice of regional and international dishes too.

The hotel has a safe-keeping service for valuables, bicycles for relaxing bike rides in the woods, and can organise excursions for you. Ask at the front desk should you need any train tickets or any other assistance. There is a lot to do nearby, as well as relaxing on the beach and enjoying the reliable Italian sunshine of course. The city of Ravenna is nearby, with a host of historic sights, and the Mirabilandia theme park is very close. A superb day out (or more) for all the family, the park has some superb rides, from white-knuckle excitement to something for the little ones.
