This family-run Venice hotel is located on the busy Salizzada San Lio in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge, making it a strategic downtown base from which to explore the city. No attraction is too far away, while Venice's efficient water-bus and water-taxi services make travelling around the city a pleasurable and unusual experience.

The Hotel Da Bruno has been in the Sartore family for three generations, and family members pride themselves on offering visitors a warm welcome and typical Venetian hospitality. A quiet, 3-star establishment on two floors, the accommodation was completely renovated in 2002, and now offers 32 comfortable single, double and triple rooms, each decorated in traditional Venetian style but with every modern convenience including private bathroom, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone and safe. Non-smoking rooms are available and pets are welcome.

Breakfast is served in a charming breakfast room, and will set you up for the day - whether you plan to spend it visiting some of Venice's most popular tourist spots, shopping in some of the area's designer boutiques, or maybe visiting the city's casino.

At the reception desk, the hotel offers a full range of concierge services. Helpful, friendly staff are always on hand to help you make the most of your stay in Venice (Venezia), and will be able to arrange guided tours around the islands, museum trips, theatre and exhibition tickets, gondola rides - no visit to Venice would be complete without one! - and all kinds of transport. They will also be able to supply maps of this exciting island city.
