Hotel Delle Piane is an attractive rose-coloured hotel set in a peaceful residential area of San Giovanni Rotondo, Puglia, Italy. The hotel lies just a kilometre from the shrine of Padre Pio di Pietralcina, one of Italy's most popular pilgrimage spots. Not far away is the gorgeous Gargano National Park and major transport links to the rest of Puglia are close at hand, making this an ideal stepping-off point for a holiday touring this delightful region.

The hotel is surrounded by a wonderful Mediterranean garden where guests can take a relaxing stroll or dine al fresco during the summer months. The hotel's prestigious Cavaniglia restaurant offers a mouthwatering array of delicious typical local dishes as well as more familiar international cooking. There are 50 immaculate rooms, all with tastefully decorated en-suite bath or shower rooms which have been adapted to accommodate disabled guests; all rooms have cable/satellite television, direct-dial telephone with fax facility, and internet connection point. Tea- and coffee-making facilities are also provided, there is a small table in a separate seating area, and an iron and ironing board, too. Families with young children are made to feel particularly welcome here, with under-13s staying free of charge in their parents' rooms. All rooms are accessible either by lift or ground-floor access and there is a braille panel in all elevators to make getting around the hotel easier for those with disabilities.
