Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy:
All children are welcome.
One child under 1 year is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
One child under 1 year is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in a baby cot.
One child from 1 to 3 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
One child from 4 to 12 years is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy:
No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes:
10 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet:
Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Meal Plan:
Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Half board costs EUR 9.00 per person per night.

Parking:
Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets:
Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
