This lovely three-star hotel in Florence (Firenze) is set in a beautiful old villa, located on the green slopes of a hillside set rising up towards Piazzale Michelangelo. The Hotel Liberty is in an elegant residential area; the Ponte Vecchio lies only a few minutes away, and the city's historic downtown (centro storico) with its wealth of beautiful palazzos, fabulous churches and outstanding art collections is within a few minutes walk. The original building has been sensitively converted and offers a welcoming, elegant atmosphere reflecting the Liberty style of its architecture. Some rooms feature exposed beams and hand-painted frescoes, and the hotel is furnished throughout with tasteful antiques and elegant fabrics.

There are 15 comfortable guest rooms here and two suites, all with private en-suite bath or shower room as well as direct-dial telephone line, cable/satellite television with a range of international channels including CNN, a radio, a minibar and individually controlled air conditioning.
