Hotel Nettuno is an attractive three-star hotel in the popular Italian Riviera resort of Diano Marina. The hotel has a tranquil, sunny position on the bay and lies just over an hour from Nice and a similar distance from Genoa airport. Liguria is a land of contrasts, with kilometres of sandy beaches, rocky coves and pretty pebble beaches. Italy's largest port, Genoa, is just a little way along the coast, and the glamour of Monte Carlo lies in the opposite direction, just over the border.

This charming family-run hotel has 19 pleasant rooms in its main building and eight futher rooms in the hotel's elegant courtyard. Every room has its own private bathroom, satellite television with rolling news channel, direct-dial telephone, and central heating. A delicious continental-style breakfast is served in the morning and tea-and-coffee-making facilities are provided in your room for added convenience. Wake-up calls are available on request and nearly all the rooms have wonderful views of the sea. Small pets are welcome and there is a reduced rate for children under the age of nine.

The hotel restaurant is managed personally by the owner and a tempting menu of wholesome, traditional north-Italian cooking is on offer. On most evenings there will be something in the way of entertainment, either in the atmospheric lounge/bar or in the restaurant or terrace. Bicycles and mountain bikes are available to hire from the reception desk so guests can explore the countryside under their own steam. The hotel has a useful currency exchange and paid-for parking can be found nearby. All major credit cards are welcome.
