The Hotel Parco dei Principi, Sorrento, is perched on a dramatic clifftop, high above the bay of Naples offering guests panoramic sea views. Built in the 1960s by the Italian architect Gio Ponti, the hotel's design is a masterpiece of sixties modernism set in a sensational natural landscape.

All 96 bedrooms have their own private balcony, either with beautiful ocean views or views onto the pretty hotel gardens. Every room has en-suite facilities as well as TV, direct-dial phone, internet connection and minibar.

The hotel has two excellent restaurants - the elegant Gio Ponti, where guests can choose from a large a la carte menu of international dishes, and the more relaxed La Spiaggia, where you'll find a tasty selection of local seafood dishes and delicious pizzas. For something more casual, guests can try the relaxed poolside bar or the cosy lounge bar inside.

The pretty town of Sorrento is just a short drive from the hotel and a free shuttle bus runs at regular intervals. A new wellness centre was recently added, and guests are welcome to use the pool and the well-equipped gym or try some of the relaxing and rejuvenating treatments on offer. Business guests can take advantage of the impressive conference facilities, including computer and audio-visual hire, fax and photocopying service and translation facilities. There are eight spacious meeting rooms which can accommodate up to 350 delegates if necessary.
