This elegant three-star hotel in Salerno province has been recently refurbished and now offers excellent standards of service and hospitality. The Hotel Pixunte is in Policastro Bussentino, in a pleasant location on the Cilento coast, close to the national park and within easy reach of the ancient Greek archaeological site at Paestum. There is a lovely beach nearby and a number of excursions are available to places of beauty and interest in the nearby national park, or by boat in the Gulf of Policastro and the Aeolian Islands. The hotel is conveniently situated close to the harbour, the railway station as well as an attractive beach; the town's recreation centre, with its tennis courts, bowling green and children's play park, is just across the road.

There are 21 well-appointed en-suite rooms here with a choice of singles, doubles, twin and triple and larger family rooms.
