Set on the beautiful Gargano promontory on the Puglia coast, and within the Gargano national park, the Pugnochiusio is an exclusive resort hotel covering some 150 hectares of quite stunning countryside. It has a terrific position, overlooking the sea and the neighbouring bays of Portopiatto and Pugnochiuso.

There are four sets of accommodation on the site, the four-star Hotel Faro, the three-star Hotel degli Ulivi, the Villette delle Macine and the Residence del Belvedere. The guests of all the hotels have use of two seawater pools (one Olympic size and one for the children); table tennis tables; a mini football pitch; sailing boats; canoes, archery range; three lit clay tennis courts; beach volleyball; water polo and multi purpose tennis/volleyball hard courts. The resort has two beaches, with fine pebbles and accessed by a shuttle service.

The hotels offer a selection of double rooms (full board or half board) and 'apartment villette', which offer more independence. The latter have kitchenettes with washing machines. All accommodation has air conditioning, bathrooms, TV, phone, hairdryer and safe. The resort has barbecue, a fitness centre with massage facilities, and rooms suitable for guests with disabilities.
