Hotel Residence Corte dei Venti offers very nice apartment-style accommodation, set in a green landscape atop a hill some 6km out of Budoni, on Sardinia's north-east coast. There is a choice of three-room and two-room apartments. Two-rooms have one bedroom and a sofa bed; they have a kitchenette, seating area, bathroom with shower and WC, phone, air conditioning and TV. The three-room flats add an extra bedroom to the above specification. Bed linen and towels are available. Note that as with obligatory final cleaning there is a charge for this. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, solarium, facilities for guests with disabilities, gardens, free parking and a bar.

This is the perfect family option, with relaxed and spacious accommodation, with plenty of outdoor space in which to relax, and with lots of opportunities to explore the beautiful north-eastern coast of Sardinia. The Costa Smeralda is one of the loveliest coastlines on the Mediterranean, with miles of relatively undiscovered beaches and little islands offshore (more than 60 of them and most uninhabited). There are ferries out to the bigger islands of Caprera and Maddalena, and this stretch of coastline has a marvellous suggestion of the wilderness about it, with thick forests of cork oak. The nearest large town is Olbia.
