Situated on the River Panaro, to the east of the city, this Modena hotel lies on the ancient Via Emilia, which since ancient times has carried travellers across Italy. The Hotel Riverside is a converted tavern well located both for the 'centro storico' of Modena and for the Bologna Exhibition Centre.

Accommodation is a mix of standard or superior double/twin rooms (apartments set over two floors) and suites. Standard rooms have air conditioning, minibar, pay TV and room service with buffet breakfast included. Rooms have TV with cable and movie channel, bathroom with shower and WC, refrigerated minibar, direct phone and modem link, desk and lamp plus alarm clock radio. Superior rooms have the same facilities but with a kitchenette and staircase joining two floors: perfect for 2-4 guests. The suites, meanwhile, sleep two in superb comfort. There is a luxurious hydromassage Jacuzzi for two. With three rooms this is effectively a small apartment and can accommodate up to four. Personal service is available should you wish.

There are gardens/outdoor areas, and the hotel has a sunbed and Jacuzzi, plus outdoor swimming pool. Meeting facilities and business support are available.
