Hotel Rosina is a modern hotel conveniently located in the Nivoli district of Florence, just a few minutes from the motorway/highway toll gate Nord/Ovest (North West). This is a busy commercial area of the city and home to the new University. Public transport here is excellent and it is around a ten-minute bus ride from here to the historic city centre (centro storico). The commercial district, with the Centro Congressi and the Fortezza da Basso, is just a short distance from here, making this an ideal choice for a business trip or a flying visit to this wonderful Tuscan city.

There are 35 handsome guest rooms here, arranged over three floors. Every room has its own private en-suite bathroom with a shower, washbasin, WC and a fitted hairdryer, and rooms are fitted with individually controlled air conditioning and heating, direct-dial telephone and colour television.
