Hotel San Francisco has a great location on Viareggio's famous promenade and is within easy walking distance of both the beach and the town centre with its excellent selection of restaurants, bars, shops and nightclubs. Viareggio is situated on Tuscany's Versilian coastline, which boasts over 30km of golden, sandy beaches and gentle, clear Mediterranean waters. The cultural centres of Florence, Lucca, Pisa and Siena are nearby and further up the coast are the fascinating Cinque Terre villages and Forte dei Marmi.

This Viareggio hotel has 31 comfortable guest rooms with a choice of singles, doubles, triples and twin rooms. All the guest rooms are fully en-suite (private bathroom) and accessible by lift/elevator.
