Right in the heart of Alba, the Hotel Savona offers three-star comfort in this beautiful part of northern Italy. Alba is at the heart of the Langhe and Roero areas of Piemonte region - a town famous both for its superb red wines and for being the home of the white truffle. Each evening in the restaurant, you can enjoy the best of international, Italian and typical Piedmont cuisine. The Restaurant Savona also has the best of the wines of the area of course, among them the full-bodied Barolo and the slighter and more fragrant Nebbiolo. Other local vintages include Barbera, Barbaresco, Moscato, Dolcetto and Arneis.
