This pleasant and welcoming four-star hotel in Liguria lies on the promenade of the attractive coastal town of Rapallo, just a few metres from the harbour where ferries for nearby Portofino, San Fruttuoso, Portovenere and Cinque Terre ply the waters of the Gulf of Tigullio. The hotel has seven floors and commands breathtaking views over the picturesque seascape and there are facilities nearby for playing golf, sailing, canoeing, tennis and horse riding.

There are 34 elegantly furnished, comfortable rooms at the Tigullio Royal, Rapallo, four of which are junior suites, plus two luxurious presidential suites. All room are comfortably air-conditioned and have en-suite bathroom, colour TV with a range of satellite channels including CNN, BBC World and Eurosport, direct-dial telephone, fast wi-fi internet connection, personal safe and a well-stocked minibar. Pets are not allowed, however children under the age of two stay free of charge in their parents' room and there is a reduced tariff for under-13s. All rooms are accessible via the hotel's lift/elevator and cots are provided for under-threes.
