This lovely little four-star hotel is a small, modern establishment on the shores of Lake Iseo, the smallest of northern Italy's great lakes. This location is excellent for discovering Lombardy and the Veneto, with easy access to the A4 motorway/highway and the cities of Bergamo and Brescia. The scenery around Lake Iseo is truly magnificent and the little lake lies jewel-like amid craggy mountains and shady pine forests.

Paratico's Hotel Ulivi has 22 beautifully appointed guest rooms, with a choice of singles, doubles, triples and twin rooms. A sumptuous buffet breakfast is included in the room rate and amenities include well equipped en-suite bathroom facilities where hairdryers and complimentary toiletries are provided, cable/satellite television, direct-dial telephone, internet connection point, a well-stocked minibar and a small, personal safe. Rooms have individually controlled air conditioning and there is a useful radio/alarm clock.

The hotel itself is surrounded by a large garden planted with palms and olive trees and Paratico and Sarnico town centres are just 150 metres walk away. There are stunning views of the lake from many rooms, all of which are accessible by lift/elevator, and the hotel has a bright, welcoming snack bar, a cafe and breakfast room as well as a beautiful swimming pool with views over the lake. There is also a covered private car park for guests' cars and a little children's play area in the hotel garden. There is 24-hour service on the front desk and additional facilities include mooring facilities, internet access and a useful dry-cleaning and laundry service. Quiet, well-behaved pets are welcome.
