This four-star hotel in Chianti is set amid glorious rolling countryside between Radda and Gaiole. The Ultimo Mulino - literally the "last mill" - was originally a watermill and dates from medieval times. There are just 14 comfortable guest rooms, all equipped with personal safe, en-suite shower room, cable/satellite television, music system, a well-stocked minibar, direct-dial telephone and internet connection point. Rooms are comfortably air-conditioned and a fitted hairdryer is provided in all bathrooms.
