Hotel Villa Enrica is quite unique accommodation on Lipari, the largest of Italy's Aeolian Islands. The hotel is the first on the islands to have its own cultivated gardens - they stretch a full 30,000 square metres and are planted with orange and lemon trees, olive groves and almonds. This is a terrific raised position - you gaze down from the hill over Lipari town centre and harbour, from your peaceful, verdant retreat.

Lying on the Serra hillside, this Lipari hotel looks on the pretty Bay of Maria Lunga. It's a superbly relaxing environment, strolling through the grounds before you head out to explore this volcanic island, to spend a day on the beach, or perhaps to cycle or hike up to the island's highest vantage point at Quattrocchio, with its views onto the neighbouring island of Vulcano.

Every room here has a private bathroom, a patio with views either of the gardens or the ocean, air conditioning, room safe, satellite television and hairdryer. Some rooms are apartment style with kitchenette, and there is double, triple or quadruple accommodation, so ideal for family groups. The hotel has ample room for customers' cars. This Lipari hotel has a free shuttle service to and from the harbour for arriving and departing guests. Nearest airports to Lipari are Catania on Sicily or Reggio Calabria on the mainland, and there are ferries to Milazzo on Sicily.
