This lovely four-star hotel on the outskirts of Florence (Firenze) is beautifully located in the hills near Fiesole. Housed in three grand patrician villas with marvellous views over Florence and with good public transport links to the city, this is a great place to stay. There are 39 handsome, spacious guest rooms here - 36 double rooms, four singles and two palatial suites - all with direct-dial telephone, satellite television and a generously stocked minibar. Bathrooms have showers or baths plus WC and basin together with a fitted hairdryer, and the entire hotel is comfortably air conditioned during the summer months.
