This attractive, modern hotel can be found close to the waterfront in the centre of Trieste. Conveniently placed for the international convention centre as well as the glorious Piazza Unita d'Italia - one of the largest piazzas (or central squares) in Italy. This is a particularly pleasant place to stay as the Piazza is dotted with a number of delightful cafes and restaurants interspersed with bookshops and antiques dealers and fronts directly on to a fabulous seafront esplanade. Nearby is the ancient Roman amphitheatre and the Castello di San Giusto, a wonderful quattrocento fortress built by the Austro-Hungarians.

There are 174 elegantly furnished rooms, all with luxurious bathroom facilities adapted for use by disabled guests. Cots and adjoining rooms can be made available for families travelling together and every room has its own cable/satellite TV with optional movie and news channel, direct modem link, am/fm radio, and minibar.
