La Villa Degli Argentieri, Monterosso Al Mare was built in the 1950s and is furnished in an elegant modern style. It is just opposite the Fegina beach, separated only by a quiet country road, and enjoys fantastic panoramic views.

This peaceful and upmarket quarter of town is the perfect place to enjoy a beach holiday or to take advantage of the amazing walking trails that connect Monterosso to the other Cinque Terre villages. There is the 11km Blue Trail, which runs all the way to Riomaggiore, through spectacular coastal scenery. But there are also plenty of shorter trails, such as trail number10, which runs from the train station through beautiful pine forests and up a steep hillside staircase to the Church of San Antonio, at the tip of the Punta Mesco headland. On a clear day you can see right the way along to the Cinque Terre from here.
