Just 500m from the departure point for the Pantelleria Islands, this is an ideal base from which to explore western Sicily. The hotel building is extremely elegant and dates back to the 18th century, with both Arabic and Sicilian influences shining through the decor. The cuisine is also influenced by both and can make for a wonderful selection of dishes. Along with the restaurant, there is also a lounge/bar in which to enjoy after-dinner refreshment.
