Villa Crispi is tucked away in a hidden corner of Mestre, surrounded by attractive villas and gardens just a few minutes away Venice. Originally a grand family home, this lovely turn-of-the-century white stucco building is now a super hotel - an ideal base for business travellers and holidaymakers alike. Mestre itself is a pleasantly bustling commercial centre on the Italian mainland with plenty of shops and a twice-weekly local market. The famous Venice Biennale exhibition of modern art and architecture is held every other year here in Mestre's Villa Ceresa and there's a very good (and regular) public transport system connecting with Venice and the rest of the Veneto.

With just nine spacious and well-appointed rooms, guests are guaranteed attentive, personal service. There is free car parking, left-luggage and storage facilities. Clean comfortable rooms all have en-suite facilities plus air-conditioning, cable/satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, internet connection, CD/DVD player, safety deposit box and minibar.
